Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

  1. When you submit a contact or inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, and the message you send. This is used only to respond to your inquiry.
  2. If you connect an X (Twitter) account through this site's authorization flow, we receive an OAuth access token that allows the studio to act on your behalf for the specific features you authorized (such as posting or automation). We do not receive your X password.
  3. This site uses Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, session duration, general location). No personally identifying information is included in analytics events.

How We Use Your Information

  1. Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your message. They are not added to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
  2. X authorization tokens are used only to connect your X account for the posting or automation feature you opted into. Tokens are not shared with third parties.
  3. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. It is not linked to individuals.

What We Do Not Do

  1. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
  2. We do not build profiles on individual visitors.
  3. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is described in this policy.

Third-Party Services

  1. Contact forms are processed by Formspree. Their privacy policy applies to data submitted through forms.
  2. Payments are handled by Stripe. The studio never receives or stores your card details.
  3. X (Twitter) OAuth is provided by X Corp. Their privacy policy governs how they handle authorization data on their end.
  4. Google Analytics is provided by Google. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-Out browser add-on.

Data Retention

  1. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to address your inquiry.
  2. X authorization tokens are retained only as long as the connected feature requires them. You can revoke access at any time through your X account settings under "Connected apps."

Your Rights

  1. You may request deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us. Email 0x888.art@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
